✓ SB 150 Statewide CoverageOhio Senate Bill 150 (signed Oct. 2019) eliminated the old county-by-county permit system. Any Ohio MFSO license from any health district is now valid in all 88 counties. Exception: The City of Cincinnati may require an additional overlay registration for trucks operating within city limits.
⚠ March 1 Renewal DeadlineAll Ohio MFSO licenses expire March 1 — regardless of when issued. Late renewals after March 1 incur a 25% penalty. Renew through ezTrak at eztrak.cagis.org (Cincinnati) or your home district's portal.
